Sandy joined Milestones HR in 2019 and serves as an HR Consultant with over 12+ years of experience across Operations and Human Resources.  Her experiences spans across varying HR responsibilities including leading HR teams, building business partnerships, talent management, employee relations, and managing employee benefits, all with a focus on continuous improvement.

Sandy strongly believes in partnering with business leaders and employees to ensure the HR function is an integral part of a company’s success.  Sandy holds a SHRM-CP (Society of Human Resources Management – Certified Professional) certification.

When Sandy is not serving in the HR Consultant role, she enjoys time spent with her family whether it be outside in the garden, on the trails hiking and biking, at the lake, or supporting their activities.  She also enjoys giving back to organizations through volunteering.
